If you wanna be like i just wana work and dont care about anything else but salary . You can work here . It has great general shift timings , come early n go early it also depends on project tho .

Dislikes

Management is quite favaourable to certain people . Micro management if you are on bench unfortunatley. Trainings are mandatory, timings and login are not flexible . No concept of remote . Do not compromise on remote requests

Planit provide access to training to upscale on request and manager has to approve it. Salary credits on time. Good platform to learn and explore things

Sometimes employee need to work at client place and employee won't get great support from HR team for any queries . if any problem from client place ,even employee send an email ,Planit HR people won't resolve it until employee visit and talk to HR F2F.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
