One of the biggest advantage of working with Planet spark is work life balance and flexibility to work from home.

However the Payscale for teachers is very low compared to other companies in the industry and there is no growth prospect for teachers, working in the company from past 2 years but not have received a single pay increase or incentive.

If you are looking for a place with good work life balance. Here it is. I have been working here from past 3 years. Simultaneously working as a teacher in a school. There is no problem managing both.

Dislikes

The rules keeps changing so it becomes difficult for the old employees to cope up with that.

Mostly all r helpful... If I face any kind of problem they r ready alwys to sort out my problem... I like it bcs it's the best online teaching platform where we the teachers can have best interaction with the students..

Dislikes

The most thing that I dislike is calling the parent one by one... as bcs most of them r not picking the phne may be they blocked the number...so I should tell administration to look into this matter if only the correct number and information is there about the parent and student then only one can call otherwise not it's a mere waste of time..

This is a fraud don't ever go for it firstly they will waste your 2 weeks taking interview trainings and mocks and after wasting your time they will give you a fake LMS where you can only see but can't accept demos and much disgraceful thing of planetspark is that you can't contact anyone for your issues as there is no one appointedby them to help you out as it doesn't have any customer care executives it's a total scam and fraud...Read More

Sometime the most frustrating part is when parents won’t attend your calls and not showed up after booking the session and didn’t pickup calls.

Since its WFH teaching job , it allows me to adopt a pay-as-you-go mindset, you have liberty to teach in your own best way , you 're a free bird...I really enjoy working here.
