It's a decent pay per class. Company has flexible timings. A good learning experience in fields of writing and public speaking.

Dislikes

They roped me in with abundance of "benefits" of the company. I realised early on that this borders to a sale job but they ensured that sales or as they like to call it, "academic counseling" is a separate department. The rating and cancellation policy doesn't allow teachers to take up much demos. And if there's any luck and you do get a demo, counselors often mess up conversions by not following up and being rude to parents. They claim to be transparent but teachers are left out of counselling sessions and aren't updated about status of conversions. Teachers often have to beg counselors to get them demos because of poor leads. There is so much mismanagement. The per class pay is good but that is after enrollment but to get to this enrollment there are thousands of mountains to cross....Read More
