1.What i dislike is the uncertainty of timings...24 hrs ur laptop is on ..n at the back of ur mind u r always working unknowingly....u tk demo , u r telemarketing then u r filling the form ..basically the stress is on the teacher as we r the face of the company n sitting 2 or 3 hrs continuously on the laptop taking classes is exhaustive coz u r just talking the whole time ..after that u dont feel like talking to anybody at home..but the money with which we r compensated is quite less...work satisfaction comes when u get money equal to hardwork.. 2. Ur material on plantspark platform is not upto the mark Forget abt study material,demo for senior is total useless.. When u tk demo for 13 years old n asking questions like apple orange ,i feel embarassed...i complained abt it a lot of times but no response.remember kids are very smart now a days..plz update ur old material... 3.if i get any problem theres noone to pick ur phone n solve..last 4 months nobody is picking ph n nobody is responding on mail.. There r n no. Of things which i can write but its of no use....Read More

It's a flexible job and you can maintain work-life balance here. Even I've learnt alot working here. It has always been a teaching cum learning process.

Dislikes

The company should come up with incentives and more opportunities fo the teachers, especially for the ones who have been working long. I believe these are the motivational forces. Incentives should be incorporated. The company can also work on the pay scale considering the amount of hard work a teacher puts in that one hour of teaching.

I suggest all who are looking forward to this, plzzzzzz don't get allured by their fake advertisement and empty promises..... It's all a scam, they recruit you as teacher but turn you into a telecaller. They would say you earn 200 for each demo conducted, but there's hardly any demo you get, because 95% of demo leads are bogus. Youwork day and night and hardly get any salary. It's not teaching, it's a Tele calling job. U first call lots n lots of parents, are able book demo with a handful and if u r lucky u can teach. If you can't do so u r fired.
