I am associated with this company from past 1yr and its an average experience. Though you get to learn a lot but earning a decent amount is just a matter of luck over here.

They have horrible management. Nobody is there to solve your grievances. They don't even address their customers grievances.

Its a good work culture, and an independent work culture. I love to work in such work culture where we don’t have any target and free work culture. The support we get from the team mates and the operations are really helpful. We get salary on time . The moto is to work hard to earn hard. They hire you as English tutor.. provide 6,7 days training and when you are on boarded you need to take Demos/trial classes ..in that you can take 25 trial classes in which you need to get at least 1 student enrolled with you if not your journey with planetspark ends here...for per demo session you get 200 INR

They hire teachers in the pretext of teaching but after all the rigorous training sessions given to us, at the end of the day it is a sales job. Every Friday almost 1000 teachers are given the training and told that they would be teaching kids by calling the leads provided on their home page. These leads are generated when parents sign up for a free demo with Planetspark. But what they avoid telling us is that half of these leads are misleading. When teachers calls these numbers and confirms the demo, they realise that the parents have not even heard of Planetspark let alone book a demo. So the teacher are supposed to tell them about the organisation and what it does. Basically it operates like a credit card salesperson. Even though they tell you that the timings are 3 to 8, you end up working more because majority of your time has gone in cold callings. They also pressure the teachers by generating their own communities so that they can market their services. Planetspark does not only scam their teachers but also the parents. They have a fixed report card for the kids and they suggest an expensive "Excellence course" to them by gauging if the family will be able to pay their high end fee. The entire heirarchy of the organisation is a scam. The experience of working with Planetspark was a terrible one and I hope teachers do not waste their time in these scam companies...Read More
