Working at your own pace, talking to children on a daily basis, take days off with ease are some of the things I liked about the company.

No feedback or resolution from PS backend to resolve your queries- it generally takes months; One-way-communication/Orders from the top management to you without any say whether it comes to cancellation of perks and benefits or increasing TDS from 1 to 10% or required to devote extra time to do lesson planning or take useless training without pay, etc ; Majority of the demo leads are fraud and you'll spend 95% of your time calling and trying to book demos on fraud leads thereby leading to loss of revenue and time. I joined planet spark with high hopes of continuing for long-term basis. But the job which they told me initially was a teaching job. But after a week training and giving my 2 mocks I learnt that it was not a teaching job but rather it was a full time sales job through telephone. They provided ppt slides which contained scripts which are meant to attract parents to join for their public speaking courses which costed 40,000. They took all my pan card and adhar card details before training . I need to call phone numbers which were random;ly displayed in lms dash board. All the phone numbers were invalid, there was not clarity, fully shady business. And I was really shocked to know that they nearly hired 600 teacher and asked them to perform a sales job under the pretext of a teacher. The jd which was written is not the exact job which was offered. Fully suspicious, teachers are effectively muted, no concerns were addressed. It is just like throwing a fishing net and catching many teachers in it. In my training period there were around 500 teachers who were on training. It was a purely luck based game. If you are lucky you can get students and all for rs200 per hour and that too if you conduct demo session. If the same student whom you conducted demo enrolls an extra Rs 200 will be added. Full of false promises, dont believe them, cheaters, they don't have a proper phone number also, all the calls are automated. the highlight was we need to call the parents from our personal phone number after we complete our 3 chances of making calls from system. The company doesn't have a proper hr and playing hide and seek with teacher. waste of time, energy and money. I certainly would not recommend this company at all. Almost No support from team,no hand holding if you are in problems.cant discuss anyone.(because there is no one).totally on your own,train yourself..no training will be provided except the use of platform.
