They have made a lot of changes regarding class limit and bonus structures which is not working out for me. I am also losing out on students due to class limit.

The management system is very poor. The concerned persons never replies to the messages and calls . Students and teachers need to suffer that. Very disgusting. And also, the deduction of money( teacher's salary) at every step is terrible.

My colleagues here, at Planet Spark, specifically the ones I've had the opportunity to work with have gone out of their way to help me transition into the profile here. What I mean by that is, neither do I feel like they've taken me in the middle of the desert and left me to figure things out for myself, nor have they chaparoned meas if though I was in 3rd grade. They respect my experience and my input as much as they are willing to help me. Remember, it's still only been a week. Little technical things about the LMS, which I am sure has already come a long ways and will continue to adapt to the needs of us as educator and learners.
