Worst of all companies, they will fool you by showing this hefty salary around 6 to 7 but they will not give you more than 20k in hand for 4 months , almost all of the people leave within 3 months of joining.Therefore they hire almost all of them if you apply. You will have to generate revenues of 1 lakh to get the CTC that too only30k in hand from the churn leads that never gets converted. Work culture is toxic AF they will make you say that you will be a so called Senior academic counselor and fool other people.The company is in huge and had got funding but after it ends it will fire people. Please donot join this company.They didn't even pay my first salary....Read More

team management is really poor, work culture is amongst the worst, in terms of customer service the company is zero, ppf is not given after leaving the company, hr is just the puppet of avp and ADs, managers are not competent, they are not good people and have a tendency to sell product on false statements, even the faculties and teachers working with them are in distress and sometimes not even paid, customers sessions are not started and ecs and instalments are cut in advance. no complaints are taken seriously....Read More

There are some core people with whom company was started that are quite good and fabulous but PRIYANKA ARORA (HR) will never mail you back if you've any concern. And TRIPTI who is pathetic trainer, to whom you learn nothing but she can fire you anytime when she want.. And you'll have no one to talk with this because HR and others never going to listen you.

1) HR cheated that they have branch in Delhi. 2) Tripti, Trainings manager can fire you any time with her core intention. *3) If you worked from office for 25 days by going from Delhi to Gurgaon.. they're not going to pay you a penny. 4) They sales emotions to you as a trainee about working culture and pay although with parents. **5) You've to work late at night like 9 or more, because you've to take counseling session with parents.....Read More

since it is a startup, therefore job security not be compared with the MNC but the way better 99% of the startup and also the growing chance are really very high. if you are a hard-working employee, you will get good promotion in this company in a particular time period.
