Toxic work culture. Regionalism and favoritism. Work assignment done without any thought of education, experience, skills. Work assignments are based on favoritism. Employees are constantly demotivated through purposeful negative feedback that is neither true nor fair. Performance appraisal neither on time nor fair. A very arbitraryprocess. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Even after performance appraisal is done, maybe even 6 months after it is due, that too after constant follow-up and begging by the employee concerned, the reflection in the salary ay take another 6 months and the next salary appraisal process starts and the entire mental stress/torture repeats again</mark>. HR has absolutely no voice and will refuse to follow-up with the management for increment. HR is even unaware of the date of performance evaluation for the employees. No policy as regards performance appraisal. No HR policy in place. No compliance with legal provisions such as POSH etc. EPF not available for employees. Salary takes 15 days to process. Sometimes longer. Employees are expendable. The company is run like a one man family firm and there is complete disregard for process and procedure. As there is no standard policy, favoritism plays a big part and every employee gets treated differently. No opportunity for career growth. 1.They have some reputed clients, which is an advantage to showcase on a CV. 2. A few people here are knowledgeable, professional, and good to learn from. I repeat, very few.

Dislikes

1. Toxic Work Culture: There is significant regionalism and favoritism. If you’re Tamil, you can survive, but others are often mocked. During my time, colleagues were mean, unsupportive, and unwilling to train properly. 2. Poor Work Assignment Practices: Tasks are assigned without considering education, experience, or skills. As a fresher, I was not provided proper training, yet they blamed me for poor quality. If they want high standards, why not hire experienced professionals? Freshers are pressured unnecessarily and blamed later. Colleagues deliberately withhold knowledge or skip teaching critical processes to ensure you don’t surpass them. 3. Unrealistic Expectations: They expect absurd levels of quality from freshers. If you want expertise, hire CAs or other highly qualified professionals instead of blaming freshers for falling short. 4. Constant Demotivation: Employees are demotivated with unfair, untrue negative feedback. Insults are made publicly instead of addressing concerns in private, healthy discussions. They don’t consider if employees are facing knowledge gaps, training issues, or lack of support from colleagues. 5. Unfair Appraisals: Performance appraisals are delayed and unfair. Employees have to chase them for over six months, which feels like a mental trap and adds unnecessary stress. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary Cuts During Covid: During Covid, salaries were cut drastically—up to 90%</mark>. They claimed clients weren’t paying or employees weren’t working enough hours, even though they knew the financial and mental struggles employees were facing.
