Salary on time. Owner is good but the manager and seniors they were doing dirty politics.

Let me describe briefly. 1- Politics of senior 2- Hiring the illiterate people. 3- Manager and Seniors only is there for taking the credit 4- A welder ,A mason, Electrician and A Illiterate worker is getting more salary compare to Engineer. 5- in company near about 60 % relative to each other who don’t know about the work , they don’t have any technical Knowledge and experience but they still getting more salary 6- I was site Engineer in the company but I never join the meeting to explain ,what’s going wrong on the site ( wastage of material cost in million , unnecessary work and taking the commission from the contractor) 7- some people got 150% increment. Because the seniors involved . For example A welder was working on 50000 INR but after 5 month he was getting 120000 INR And lot of blunders I can’t explain on this chat...Read More
