Neat and clean place ot work. Infra is very well maintained.

Dislikes

Too many companied with insufficient resources. Decision are very Dynamic. Changes very frequently. Personal work and official work is totally mixed.

The best thing is there is lot of room to growth and creative freedom. Get involved in decision making makes you learn a lot about different domains. Office ambience is well maintained and at convenient location.

Lacks in quality training, in-fact no training at all. This area needs improvements. Supporting functions needs a major mindset uplift. Need to revisit the industry standard compensation and culture for talent retention.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
