The Job is not hectic, it afford me time to do other things. Its has a very good blended and supportive teammates and a good and transparent management policies. The work load is well tailored and every staff know what is required of him/her

Dislikes

The compensation/benefits are too small. Of late, Company's Contracts/projects to work on are dwindling leading to laying off of so many staff. We that are not affected are left with meagre salary/compensation benefit.

Work Details

The Job is not a hectic one, it is an interesting job, it requires meticulous person to learn and grows on the job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
