Institute works on contract with schools, if schools are not satisfied there will be termination of contract, Institute doesn't have any research development team all what they do is copy the oldest material and put their name on it.so there won't be any proper implementation or design of the program.It used to be good place couple of years ago, but now it is a spoilt place, almost zero level of professionalism, unhealthy atmosphere, indefinite delay of salaries, and many more creepy things management harrass employees. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
