PHCET, Rasayani is not satisfactory at all as the teachers here are not paid wll neither not experienced as 95% of teachers have either done their graduation/masters/PHD from Mumbai University itself and as soon as they complete their course they become eligible to teach in this college for a salary of 12k as an assistant lecturer. Now you can imagine the knowledge of teachers and the experineced teachers are not at all upgraded with latest industrial knowledge.
