PHCET, Rasayani is not satisfactory at all as the teachers here are not paid wll neither not experienced as 95% of teachers have either done their graduation/masters/PHD from Mumbai University itself and as soon as they complete their course they become eligible to teach in this college for a salary of 12k as an assistant lecturer. Now you can imagine the knowledge of teachers and the experineced teachers are not at all upgraded with latest industrial knowledge. Only good thing about this institute is Big Infrastructure which is useless and hurting the management a lot.. they are running out of money
