In himachal specially about baddi..the management of this company is not good.In these unit ,most of employees are relatives and known from third person.This company not hire any person on their merit but hire relatives and person who have high approach like politically and govt employees. I work here from 2016 as production supervisor in baddi unit 3 on contract basis and completed 6 year. But when they have recruitment for this post(on roll) and in same plant then they hire non experience person (he was fresher) because he had high level approch and select.
