The behaviour of owner is very bad .... She don't pay salary for straight 2 months and she cuts fine for everything and in end nothing remains in your hand .... working hours are very long ..and paying scale wasn't good ....if you come 1 minute late then she will deduct 100 rs as fine ....and if you come 30 min late half day will bemarked ...She will make you sign a bond but don't give you offer letter ....and after signing bond she will start behaving ruthlessly.... Sumati mohan is the owner...If you ask for salary she will shout and make a joke infront of other employees... And will shout like hell.... And if your parent's will come she will abuse them and shouts on them ..I've a video recorded of that thing ....She behaves very badly with employees...many employees left her place...and when you will sign the bond she will treat you like hell and over burden you and if you try to leave she will start giving you threats of giving her 30000 of amount and 25000 for misbehaving...even if you don't do anything...She treats her employees as servant....I would recommend everyone not to work ...... No employee respects Sumati Mohan ...everyone works under pressure as they signed bond of 1 year and they all are scared of her threatens....Worst employer ever ......and she signed me for office work but end up giving me voice work ... And she forces employees to make customer to buy products, whosoever visited photojewels page she forces employees to make a call and ask for buying and if they don't buy she deduct amount from your salary....and morning you have to reach at 8:25 if you punch 1 minute late half day would be mark...Read More
