I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day. There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Company should work on transparency when it come to appraisal and promotion phase for agents. If you work hard you wouldn't get promotion but if you work decent and just make happy your manager then you are the hero of your team which is pretty downgrade for a fin tech giant like phonepe.

Those upper head manger who did nothing but pretend that they are working hard and supporting their team is hell yeah. Having that designation with least knowledge and skills. Makes us feel that company hiring policy is not great its below average

Company culture is very poor. Managers are shouting their teams on floor like road side shop owners. Appreciation and recognition events are very rare in non sales core teams. Not felt working in a corporate company.

(only sales perspective) Work in sales(acquisitions) gets tougher by the day, multiples companies offering the same service for free, and competition have products while PhonePe does Work becomes becomes mundane and redundant, there are opportunities to get promoted in the company but takes time and limited positions.
