Best place to learn and grow in career, ideal place to work for people who just started thier career. As I am into sales I have learned a lot and they gave ample opportunity to outshine myself. Good work is recognised always and team engagement party happen regularly to chill out once in a month with team.

Dislikes

As I am into sales the target are very much difficult to meet. A lot of pressure is provided by the management. Highly field sales kind of job where you have to go shop to shop for merchant acquisition in your area. Daily Target need to be fulfilled regularly otherwise manager threaten you on call for issuing PIP. They keep location tracking and other things which I didn't feel good about it.
