No market assesment. No Proper Training. Unskilled managers. Unreal Targets. These Guys have no Knowledge about the market , they will just assign you an area and ask you to achieve the target at any cost. The manager i worked with in bhubaneswar was terrible ,that guy can not even Pronounce a single English word properly he has gotno skills ,cant even communicate with the people and he would always make excuses if any customer wants to meet him regarding any problem. he will always take credits of all the work done by you. no work life balance once you leave your home at 9 in the morning , you can not expect to return home by 10 in evening. the mananager will keep calling you 15 to 25 times a day...Read More
