1)point is I dislike.that is the murchant can be a self registration for murchant QR and then freelancer can not be onboard them 2)some costomer have not valid documantion before completing kyc so pament of non kyc is so less and all over murchant alrady self onboard so we can't again register them and so I was loss our traval and time without work.and without Work I can get any pament .

Here in PhonePe ,employees are hired on contractual basis especially for BDE in sales profile. So, there is high risk of job security and we do not get the good compensation and other facilities like leaves, expanses rembursement etc. But still we have time flexibility. Company is supporting us by not making physical meetings with managers.
