Good scale of the product so you get an idea of the scale. Good tech stack and smart colleagues.

Dislikes

Lot of Politics in office so have to fight to get good work. Lot of tech stack is already built so less opportunities to get new work. Architects are few and hard to get hold off.

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. I have worked as a BDE in this company, and I have never seen as much pressure in any company as there is in PhonePe's company. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day. There is nothing special in working for phonepe, they are terrible to work for ik it's depends on the region you are working for the the senior of phonepe will be the reason for downfall of phonepe in future

I hate how they just constantly force you to stall in feild even after working hours, my manger litterly shouted on a college for less performance and tell them to stay in feild till 10pm
