Work life balance is maintained. Work culture is awesome. Helps to learn a lot. Its a company to stay for long. The unlimited sickleave policy is also very helpful.

Dislikes

They should improve on the compensation part. Annual increament is very less.

Flexible work timings, work culture, unlimited sick leaves, long leaves allowed, work pressure is moderate.

Dislikes

No appraisal at all. The whole appraisal depends on only manager's rating unlike so many other companies that have a minimum fixed hike on a yearly basis.
