You work on old technologies and multiple BUs have their old product and no proper KT is given and you are made to fix Defects, enhance an already built code snippet and visit medical center when there is new release/upgrade and fix the issue in once a while-weekend. They promised to move to cloud 2 years back(still after completing 2 years), they are still not in a state. You will easily loose touch of whatever you had learned before coming to Philips. Job security after Covid - 2022 has become worse. They pay you well, but you will be in a shock once they inform you that you have notice period left and to search outside. The reason for lay-off or firing they give is organizational restructuring, but still they hire which is really confusing....Read More
