People like to work slow. overall execution is sluggish. sometimes leadership thinks that quality is improving if project is taking more time! Work load is not balanced between teams. Some are very busy and some are chill. Recognition/ motivation mechanism is broken. Some people work long hours, bring results and goes un noticed, some who just gets recognitions for any non value added work.
