No one lifting u, until you are doing something, so I do all my necessary like., skill developing, process and product knowledge. Overall pha good. Survival is the best key to success at pha.

No job security ( simply throwing the people without any justification) Poor attitude of long term working peoples ( poor skill level Some koreans non technical/non understanding even simple words) are working in technical area( Ex: in quality k. co ordinator@ present) Many money corruption peoples under sustaining still in PHA.( Name ???? not disclosed here) Many peoples are enjoying without work ( No KPI/Target..like that 1 lunch/2 punch) Need person to person review mechanism to understanding their capability (SAVE THE COMPANY) Since i came out from PHA ,eventhough i got wages& six years running with my life because of PHA India..i try to say here , some of the wrong people with PHA now, again will not suffer as same like 2015 ( worst vendor in HMI).......Read More
