I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. No job security ( simply throwing the people without any justification) Poor attitude of long term working peoples ( poor skill level Some koreans non technical/non understanding even simple words) are working in technical area( Ex: in quality k. co ordinator@ present) Many money corruption peoples under sustaining still in PHA.( Name ???? not disclosed here) Many peoples are enjoying without work ( No KPI/Target..like that 1 lunch/2 punch) Need person to person review mechanism to understanding their capability (SAVE THE COMPANY) Since i came out from PHA ,eventhough i got wages& six years running with my life because of PHA India..i try to say here , some of the wrong people with PHA now, again will not suffer as same like 2015 ( worst vendor in HMI).......Read More
