The appraisal and Promotion process was not at all transparent.I believe that it could have been better if an outside agency was involved. Which the company has now transitioned into.

Better to be stable for at least two consecutive years when any division merger or product merger which can result in terms of consistent business outcome & market dynamics. Prevalence of uncertainty in the mind of the FF could be avoided to have constructive strategies regarding divisionalisation or any change which helps the organisation also to flag high.
