This is one of the best companies to work with best quality products and cooperative colleagues who are always ready to respond with positive attitude. The training is excellent as every other day you are learning new skills designed by training managers. Job security is marvelous until you are following company norms. Another plus point is that salary /appraisals are excellent for the performers. Work environment is superb and you have got a different acceptance in the market as being from a prestigious organization. Overall there is nothing to be disliked .However , after reaching some stage the growth opportunities are less and the salary/appraisal has some deadline due to the benchmarks after you reach a certain package according to the hierarchy . Further response to appreciation mails from the top management are not as per the requirement to keep the person motivated. HR policies are very hostile no way encouraging to employees, they are only employer oriented and the growth is very slow and veryy much performance oriented so any non performance and anyy small deviation in process it becomes a Compliance issue which makes emploee little insecured

My work was to do with sales which is very challenging as pharma sales is very dynamic and look after entire team functioning as per the companys SOP which is inline with compliance of the organization and perform month on month consistently
