I don't like this organization.

Company always talk about compliance,but in reality there is no compliance, management always supports business managers,they don't listen to the field workers. First line managers use abusive and slain language, gets physical with their colleagues and Most important things that when u raise the issue they say this can't happen, I h ave seen lots of examples like this. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Recently in every division first line and second line manager have started pressurized the field colleagues to pay 10000 to 15000 thousands and some time more than that to do the nos</mark>. Or budget, this happens in cardiovascular division, internal medicine division of PIH , Pfizer. So I will suggest not to join this organization,better to join Indian organization....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
