I had a very good experience working for Petrofuel Group. It is a family owned business run by a father and his two sons. They are easily accessible and very attentive to the suggestions put forth by the staff.

Dislikes

Certain employees who have been part of the system for far too long contributing far too little. However, these employees seem to have a shield protecting them from any actions.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
