I joined Pete organic company in dec'22 and left in jan'24. my experience with the company is not very positive. I would advise potential employees to be cautious. The company often terminates employees without giving prior notice. One day i found, my login credentials are no longer worked. when i reach out to my manager (Jack / Jite ndar) he became unresponsive. Eventually i received email on my personal account stating that i was being laid off due to unforeseen circumstances, without any advance notice. Additionally the company did not provide any advance notice<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. i had to put significant effects to receive at least extra 1 month salary to survive until getting another job, While i am grateful that the company eventually released it</mark>.
