Director of this company Mr. Ashish Dhingra is a client cheeter and use the recruitment to loot the client in best professional way. Moreover he Fe fools vendors who often work hard for the company and also holds salary of the employee who who are against the fraudulent work and cheating client.

Dislikes

Company director loots client and vendor and make profit out of it. He needs 60-70% margin cost which is nothing but taking client amount in advance and pressuring vendor to complete the job.

Work Details

Work life is hell and better to support other good companies who earn profits and client both.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
