The favoritism and biasness of certain managers is destroying the culture. They play politics in promotion, salary hikes and even in new opportunities. Either the top management is blind or they don't care

As a company PepsiCo is excellent to work in. One can get Good career growth as well as work life balance.

Too much of changes happening, resulting in development of a sense of insecurity

Large MNC with tremendous opportunity to learn. Very good people practices and lot of focus on talent development and retention. Decent process for performance management.

Very hierarchical and slow. Laggard in terms of technology adoption. Yoy productivity pressures on people cost.

Earlier culture was too good. People came from rekitt and bright lot of senior persons from there and culture turned bad.

Dislikes

New leadership came and has not understood PepsiCo culture and values and in order to bring persons from their network have impacted old persons. Very bad on company part

I worked for nearly 10years for the company but no higher executive has noticed my work to promote for next level that's y iwas thinking if I would work for any other company for these many years iwould be in a good position today.

Learning new systems and standards and latest technology you can see

While it's commendable that the company promotes diversity and gender inclusion, I have observed that, in some cases, female employees who may not meet the same qualifications as their male counterparts are being hired. This has led to a perception that male employees are being overlooked, which can create an imbalance and affect team morale.

No one can stop corporate politics you will find bunch of people showing their political skills in almost all companies.
