While it's commendable that the company promotes diversity and gender inclusion, I have observed that, in some cases, female employees who may not meet the same qualifications as their male counterparts are being hired. This has led to a perception that male employees are being overlooked, which can create an imbalance and affect team morale.

PepsiCo management are very good. I completed my apprenticeship at PepsiCo. The company all employees are very helpful.

Dislikes

I wanted to stay with this company after completing my apprenticeship but never got that opportunity again. I will keep hoping as I am given another chance.
