Dislikes

Unethical working practices & psychologically unsafe working enviroment. Asking people to voice opinions fearlessly and then retaliating when they raise concerns by giving them low performance ratings, no growth, isolation, constant criticism, blocking lateral movement within the organization.. the list is endless. HR enables the unh ealthy work enviroment and toxic managers telling the grieving employees that its their fault and they should quit/look for another job. Senior leadership lacks integrity and is just focused on looking good to their managers in the US despite having very low OHS scores and their teams on the brink of burnout. its a shame because PepsiCo is a renowned brand name and is a dream job for many....Read More

Company culture is okay okay. Work life balance is good in PBNA, and FLNA. Salary is little higher than average.

Dislikes

Promotions have become very slower these days, it’s getting delayed by 1 yr even if you are 100% on mark. Leaders only think about their own growth while their subordinates are not taken care of. No scope of learning, stakeholder keep the quality with themselves while we are only given entry level jobs.
