The employee culture is excellent. The company encourages good work-life balance not at the cost of below average salary. The pay scale is good for people with significant CPG experience.

Dislikes

The company is highly leadership driven with less focus on employees at the associate or mid-senior level. Also, the employee's roles and skillsets aren't correctly mapped. This can be discomforting to many people and might affect their career goals.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a People oriented company which create good work atmosphere. Gives empowerment and responsibility and respect to people.

Dislikes

Will get a decent growth in this company but in terms of Compensation needs a little more when compared to other FMCG companies
