Don't fall for the brand popularity. PepsiCo's Gurgaon Office is classy like a US MNC office BUT their their Kokapet Office is like Indian office and horribly managed.

Dislikes

- Kokapet Office is totally far off from all the popular/commercial areas of Hyderabad. Nothing outside the office building other than dust, debris from nearby under construction roads/buildings. - Kokapet office lacks basic office space, always a shortage of chairs, still they will FORCE employees to Work from office (backward mentality of Management) - Working from office is a headache (no desks, shortage of chairs, average canteen food, waiting time everywhere for food, tea, cafeteria everywhere) basically super crowded and exhausting to go office. - Stop hiring from Genpact GE like 3rd party vendors, get more corporate employees and create US MNC like positive culture. - If you are a CA/ Full time MBA from good tier 1 college, HOLD ON, coz here ICWAs and part time MBAs will sit on your head as boss (not because of their intellect but because they organized employee engagement events). - They are cool with resignations/ attrition, but NO WORK FLEX, COMPULSORY WORK FROM OFFICE every week zero flex. Someone should remind them, to first acquire sufficient and comfortable office space (where there's no crowding like public places) and then FORCE people to office.
