PeopleStrong is very good company when I have joined but after few months they changed the work mode and they shifted Completely PeopleStrong to taggd that would be bad impact on working style and also security of job is not there. So many people got layed off.

Dislikes

PeopleStrong is good but Taggd is not good. Mostly they shifted every six months to different teams so we face the problems.

Company is unorganised. There’s no proper track of professional achievements. They come up with numerous changes on a weekly basis. Projects mostly go on hold and they lack on taking care of the employees. In the starting of the year they had a head count of 1400 people which now is less than 700. They hire and fire people with no guarantee. Also, the company culture allows the management to use their positions inappropriately. Nishant Ahuja- Senior Delivery Manager, is one among them.
