Working at his company was an incredibly demoralizing experience. The upper management lacks empathy, engages in constant micromanagement, and is often unfair to employees. The food provided is unhygienic, with cockroaches frequently found around or even in the meals. You're given only a 30-minute lunch break, and any extension results in uncomfortable stares from senior staff. Taking leaves is discouraged, and you're expected to work beyond regular hours. If you don't complete your tasks for the day, you're required to stay until the office closes. A friend of mine was unfairly targeted by the HOD, Aishwarya Jain, until she eventually quit. They always target one person and make their work life miserable until they resign. The management frequently badmouths former employees, seemingly unaware that current staff share frustrations about them - most of which are valid. It is a worst company i have seen so far. My wife was working in that company and they ask her to work from 8 in the morning till 5.30 and they ask people to say till late night to complete the target. In first week of training they started to give them targets and managers are even unprofessional. Even the employees are sick they ask first to complete target and then you are supposed to go home. Not sure how government are giving a licence to such company....Read More
