Teammates are very cool and supportive. Training are always going ON like java script ,React ..etc languages training plus Automation tool training ... Job Security is depend on Your work style but compare to other company shaadi.com is much better. Career growth is also high. Salary/Appraisal is as per company standard. The Scrum Master of the Team should be changed, Shaadi team has lost its charm in the technology, and people here work under pressure rather than exploring new ideas and sharing them. Employees have become horses with Blinkers, Employees are discouraged from speaking or Sharing their ideas.

Getting salary on time and having good incentives were great.

There was a lot of politics. The Manager favoured sycophants only. I had to lost my job because of those sycophants. However, it turned out to be beneficial for me in the new company. Now I am working as a assistant Manager in operations and handling group of leaders with 100+ associate. The Manager and few sycophants TLs are cheating with the company. Their customers are not getting good service but still their CSAT Score always be positive because they fill out the Positive rating by themselves. And when I brought this matter to the attention of the business head and I even showed him live how they are filling the survey by themselves.
