Overall ok but no career growth in Lucknow

Dislikes

the growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work after my shift straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
