The mangamnet is not good people are miss useing the things taking benefits of there own positions given freedom to there like people's Dont have a service increse motto. So my hard work is waste 😉 in this organisation. If I given to another company I thought I vill be get growth.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
