Self-learning person only survey. only learn the design software and design it own interest & efforts.

basic training provided by the training period but not essentially. The company rules only benefit for management. Rules not benefit by employees. Salery will not provide properly.always delayed some time bending 2 or 3 months.not give proper response by Salery delay. Resigning the job, they not give good response by Salery.last month salary not provide and not responsible answering employer questions....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
