As a fresher it will give a chance and most of them will run away in the next 6 months itself, clients are very cheap....low budget clients and want work not with high quality and they also choose such type of clients low quality one..

Dislikes

Salaries is given in splits, first half in 1-7 mostly 5th second half in 15-18 mostly 17. Yearly increment comes after 14-17 months No food,snacks,ot etc Some religious liking also there No fun activities, no laughs no outing Very strict atmosphere When u leave u won't get ur payment even after 2 years of leaving this company

They promises a lot for very good opportunity and show full world by sitting at Hyderabad office.

Simply if you want to distroy your career you can immediately join Tech Pennar. Wort company, they want you to do all their work and simply in the month end they will say we don't have money to pay you salary. Ones their work will over they will send a simple mail "we can not continue furthur with you best of luck"😂😂.In short A company with no job security as well as growth.

In this company there is no Job security. Career Growth not to the expectations. work culture is like simply follow as per the instructions as per the superiors wont provide scope to learn new things. they wont care about your individual contribution to the company.
