It's a waste of working here as they only see for company not think about personal life work if any leave kept on personal work on urgent with late intimation they argue and do black mail in every thing use middle level management

Likes

Pennar industries is great for new joinees . Lot to learn from senior trades guys with vast knowledge on Hydraulics and troubleshooting of equipment failure. Overall great place for experience for fresher. Company should revise salaries .
