I absolutely like nothing about pennant technologies and I have only worked there for salary and practical knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

There are a 100 dislikes, this company only cares about the work and overtime. They don't even pay for overtime and expect people to work day and night leaving their personal lives behind. They don’t care about the employees physical or mental health and doesn’t even provide wfh when required even for a few days or even for a singleday. They still work on legacy code every single day. They don’t value employees and even terminate them for silly and foolish reasons. The salary is the only part which is good but keeping in mind the work pressure and work culture even that seems too less. If you are someone who can work at least 15 - 20 hrs a day (including saturday and sunday because week off is more sort of a joke) without complaining about work life balance or personal life choices and work is all you care about rather than other things, only then this company is suitable for you. The management provides a view that they are very friendly and supportive but you’ll only get to know them in between 4 falls when you are the only person around. Overall the people have sick mentalities over there including the managers and senior management and most of the other people. If you are looking to join there, Rest in peace in advance. Note : Yes, this review is completely based on hatred but 1000000% genuine because I get nothing from writing a bad review but I want people to know that pennant is not the right choice to ruin their lives (there are lot other ways) and most of the people who joined pennant in the last few years having years of experience have also resigned in a few months due to the work culture they have over here and lack of respect for work life balance.
