HR won't respond on time. Office culture is very much toxic. Once you get in, no one taking communication responsibility. HR telling others HR name to co-ordinate. HR forcing to drop resignation mail by the employee side. No fixed working hrs. Need to work more than 10hrs.

As this company plays a role of vendor that we employee work on client side, so everything we need do as per client wants. Talking about job security it depends on client either they want u to continue or not. Work culture is also depends on clients.we employee need to follow clients company policies. Our communication is only with manger and team not the hr so management can be either good or bad....Read More

Ok so sometime no joining bonus, Clients wants us to work on week off day so they might be paying or not the compensation amount for that day. If client is not ok with your performance u r out within 2 weeks
