- No Work Ethics - No Employee and Client Satisfaction - No Appraisal cycle - For Sales executive no Incentive These kind of employer only know one thing and that is filling up their own pocket. They are making fool the client as well as make fool of employees.. They already have multiple cases in labour court also they misuse ARBY Yojna and all employees having PF accounts Created by them are disabled right now. They don't care if you family have any kind of emergency they just want you to be present wheather you are productive or not. They don't care for your hard-earned money. All good reviews which you see online for this company, all are fake. People working for 2-3 year getting an appraisal of 500₹ . Also if they give you extra weekend due to national holiday it will be compensated in coming weeks. So this is the truth about this Lala company and you are an emotional fool if you believes what this employer(lala) used to tell about themselves.
