Pc solutions managements is very bad, no one have seen after 1 year. Very bad culture for higher authority. He not support there employee at this moment covid-19 situation. As well as menegemt started firing.

KRA system is very bad. Management not well skilled. When you want grouth then you have to fire Small duretion besis company good, but not join when you want more years and gurentee Well known manager already left this company new manager doesn't know anything I took last a year 5 manager are changed. No longgibity.

Very bad service. Most of the projects ar gone. They call for 6 working day with no work in the office.

No hierarchy. HR doesn't care about anything. Even in June 29 when I was stuck in office the manager Amit Kumar didn't give me wfh, although he keeps doing it.
