Good about PC Solution is management is very supportive and Our (AVP) Mr.Dhananjay Yogi is very supportive and provide us training on weekends apart from that hr team and finance is team also supportive .we get salary on time .Great place to work .

this company is good for the fresher and learn the new technology and grooming yourself in front of the real world. Basically this company is work for the Microsoft. And work on the Microsoft products i.e server, win 10 SCCM, MDT all these. In this company you can easily learn new technology and then move to the other MNC's.

In the company there is no stable client side. manager can move any where, any time. Its give you new technology but before u improve yourself this technology it shift you in the other technology. this is the biggest cons of the company. So in this company you can learn multiple technology but you are not perfect in technology. Appraisal ratio is also very low of this company only Rs 500-1000 can increase in your appraisal....Read More
